Corsair iCUE 5000D RGB Hydro X Edition delivers efficient gaming system cooling
Corsair has announced the iCUE 5000D RGB Hydro X Edition case designed to build a powerful desktop workstation. The novelty is already available for ordering on the developer’s website.
The case is a Mid-Tower product. It is completely made in black, and on the side, there is tempered glass, through which the internal layout is clearly visible. Dimensions are 520 × 245 × 520 mm.
The new product is initially equipped with a 360mm Hydro X Series XD7 RGB combo module that combines a reservoir and a pump. It is possible to install up to seven fans with a diameter of 120 mm and radiators of a liquid cooling system in formats from 120 to 360 mm.
The case is designed for ATX motherboards. Expansion slots are organized according to the “7 + 2” scheme, allowing vertical placement of the discrete graphics accelerator.
The storage subsystem can combine two 3.5-inch drives and four 2.5-inch drives. Implemented multi-color RGB backlighting.
The limitation on the length of the video card is 420 mm, on the length of the power supply unit – 225 mm. The height of the processor cooler should not exceed 170 mm. The interface box contains two USB 3.0 ports, a USB 3.1 Type-C connector, and a combo audio jack.
The new product can be purchased at an approximate price of US $ 350.
