Dell Introduces Inspiron 14 Convertible Laptops On AMD And Intel Platforms
Dell has announced the Inspiron 14 5410 and Inspiron 14 7415 laptop computers with a convertible design: the lid with the screen can rotate 360 degrees, which allows you to use the devices in tablet mode.
The display measures 14 inches diagonally and has a 1920 × 1080 pixels resolution, which corresponds to the Full HD format. Through the HDMI interface, the image can be output to an external monitor or TV.
The Inspiron 14 5410 is built on the Intel platform: it can use a Core i3-1125G4, Core i5-1135G7, or Core i7-1165G7 generation Tiger Lake processor. A discrete NVIDIA GeForce MX350 accelerator is available for the graphics subsystem.
The Inspiron 14 7415 version, in turn, carries an AMD chip onboard – the Ryzen 5 5500U or Ryzen 7 5700U solution.
Laptops support up to 16GB DDR4-3200 RAM. The PCIe NVMe SSD can be up to 2TB in capacity.
The set of connectors includes USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A and USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C ports and a 3.5mm audio jack. The Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 controllers are responsible for the wireless communication capabilities. A fingerprint scanner is integrated into the power button.
Laptop computers will be available for purchase starting at $ 729.
