Dishonored’s shooter Deathloop has been postponed to September 14
Bethesda Softworks and Arkane Lyon have postponed the Deathloop adventure shooter. It will be released on PC and PlayStation 5 later than scheduled – September 14, 2021.
The statement said the extra time was needed to improve the project’s quality and keep the team members healthy. The transfer will also allow you to achieve the main goal – to create interesting and stylish gameplay. “We apologize for the long wait and thank everyone for their passion [for the game] and enthusiasm,” added Arkane Lyon.
Death loop was originally slated for release in May. The game is positioned as a puzzle game; the main character is a hired killer caught in a time loop. To get out of it, he must eliminate eight targets before the cycle restarts. In his mission, the hero will get various upgradeable weapons, gadgets and use supernatural abilities.
Death loop will be a temporary console exclusive for PlayStation 5. Despite the $ 7.5 billion acquisition of Bethesda Softworks by Microsoft, it won’t be soon if the game is released on Xbox consoles.
