Led by Chef Himanshu Saini, Trèsind Studio has made history as the first Indian restaurant in the world to receive Three MICHELIN Stars. After earning one star in 2022 and a second in 2023, this homegrown gem has now ascended to the highest tier.
Chef Saini remarked, “To be awarded Three MICHELIN Stars is a testament to our team’s unrelenting passion and belief in storytelling through food. Trèsind Studio can only be Trèsind Studio in Dubai. It cannot be the same in any other city in the world.”

FZN by Björn Frantzén: International Excellence Meets Dubai Flair
The second Three MICHELIN Star recognition was awarded to FZN by Björn Frantzén, marking another triumph for the acclaimed Swedish chef. With this accolade, Frantzén becomes the only chef in the world to hold three stars at three different restaurants simultaneously (Frantzén in Stockholm, Zén in Singapore, and now FZN in Dubai).
