Dealers have accumulated more than 8,000 cars
Elon Musk commented on the latest information that many F-150 Lightning cars are still not sold. He expressed surprise: “Wow.”
According to Cambridge, there are a large number of new all-electric Ford F-150 Lightning pickups in showrooms and warehouses that are available for purchase, but there is no rush to buy them.
There are over 8,000 Ford F-150 Lightnings listed (8,128 to be exact) in various versions that are marked as new. The number of used cars at American dealers is 398 cars.

Through the end of September, Ford sold 12,260 F-150 Lightning units in the U.S. (up 40% year over year), including 3,503 in the third quarter (down 46% year over year). A total of 27,877 units.
It turns out that in total about 36,000 cars were produced, of which about 22% have not yet been sold.
Earlier it became known that Ford may reduce production volumes of the F-150 Lightning due to falling sales and demand for the electric pickup truck.
Tesla’s CEO warned of difficulties ramping up production of the Cybertruck electric pickup truck and announced that deliveries would begin on November 30.
