This is a 1.6 TB M.2-2280 SSD, based on the Phison E12 controller and 96-layer 3D QLC NAND flash memory. The drive is equipped with a PCIe Gen 3.0 x4 interface and supports the NVMe protocol.

The sequential read speed reaches 3470 MB / s, sequential write – 3000 MB / s. The resource is declared equal to 5000 TBW. To speed up recording, a 128 GB SLC cache is used. The highlight of the product is a complete software. It moves data between the pseudo-SLC and QLC areas (until the QLC area is exhausted, and the SLC area does not have to be returned to its original QLC state), and allows you to create volumes up to 15 TB in size, adding physical drives of any format and volume to them.

The manufacturer rated the 1.6 TB SSD at $ 349.
