Fernando Alonso, the famous Formula 1 champion, world champion in endurance racing, two-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans race, Fernando Alonso plans to sell his Ferrari Enzo at an auction in Monaco in June.
Monaco Car Auctions announced on Monday plans to sell the Enzo Scocca n.1 (which translates to body #1) at the L’AstraRossa event on June 8, along with a Ferrari Classiche Red Book certifying its authenticity. The car has traveled only 4800 km since purchase.

Alonso drove for Ferrari from 2010 to 2014, long after the Enzo ceased production. According to one version, Alonso cannot be behind the wheel of a car of a rival automaker, as he currently drives for Aston Martin.
Ferrari only made 400 Enzos. On average, such a machine costs more than $ 1 million on the market. Monaco Car Auctions estimates that Fernando Alonso’s car will sell for more than $5.4 million during the June 8 event.
