The watch allows you to track the user’s energy level during the day (Body Battery function), the level of physical fitness, and the user’s “fitness age”, sleep pattern, and quality, and also provides a morning report.
Battery life is 11 days in “normal” mode, up to 21 days in power saving mode, and up to 8 hours with GPS enabled. More than 30 sports applications are supported, and there are training recommendations and a proprietary Garmin trainer. There is a “wheelchair mode” – with notifications about weight changes, special training, and so on. The watch is protected from water (5ATM) and is capable of making contactless Garmin Pay payments.
Sales of Garmin Vivoactive 5 have already begun for 300 dollars or euros, depending on the region of release.
