In July 2019, AMD introduced the X570 chipset, synchronizing its release with the release of the Ryzen 3000 series processors. This chipset had a rather high heat dissipation feature, which forced motherboard manufacturers to use active cooling systems. According to the source, AMD appears to be preparing an updated X570S kit designed for passive cooling. This is indicated by the appearance of eight Gigabyte motherboards in the EEC database.
