However, during the presentation the smartphone was never shown, and information about it was given very scanty. The situation was corrected by journalists who had the opportunity to “play” with the future new product after the official part of the event.

The large Chinese trading platform JD.com has already opened reservations for the Redmi K70E smartphone , without yet disclosing the price and specifications. Xiaomi announced that the Redmi K70E will be the world’s first flagship smartphone that will receive both the new proprietary HyperOS OS and the MediaTek Dimensity hardware platform. It will be based on the latest SoC Dimensity 8300-Ultra, which provides 1.52 million points in the AnTuTu benchmark.
Thanks to the video review that appeared after the presentation, some other characteristics became known. Redmi K70E is equipped with a 6.67-inch screen with a resolution of 2712 × 1220 pixels and a frame rate of 120 Hz, up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of flash storage, a triple main camera (64 MP, 8 and 2 MP).
