Honor is developing a foldable smartphone Magic V2 Lite, which will be a step below the new Magic V2 model. 

The novelty will be cheaper at least thanks to the use of SoC Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 instead of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

Whether there will be any other differences is not reported, but it is worth noting that even the flagship Magic V2 in China costs from $ 1235, so the Magic V2 Lite may well become one of the most or the cheapest foldable smartphone in the book form factor.
