Honor is preparing to further expand its presence in the tablet sector, a market where it is already present with several models including the Honor Pad 5 announced last June.
A few hours ago, the Chinese company confirmed that a new product will be launched on May 18, 2020: its name will be Honor Tablet V6, and according to the information provided directly by the manufacturer, it will be the first tablet in the world equipped with both support for 5G networks, both of the Wi-Fi standard 6.
The information relating to this new device is currently rather sparse: all we know can be inferred from the image published on Weibo, where a product with four frames of equal thickness (so to speak, iPad Pro style ) and a single camera is shown front.
According to rumours, the tablet will be moved by the Kirin 820 5G SoC, the same high-end processor announced at the end of March that we will find onboard the future Honor X10 and compatible with new generation networks.
