Nvidia is actively promoting DLSS technology as a clear advantage over AMD graphics cards. AMD does have its own FSR technology, and WCCF Tech has noticed that a number of AMD-supported games have FSR support but no DLSS support.
Of the 13 such games released over the past few months, only three have support for not only FSR, but also DLSS. Moreover, the list of games without DLSS also includes very large projects, such as Star Wars: Jedi Survivor and Resident Evil 4.
The authors of the source turned to AMD itself for comment, and the company responded.
To clarify, there are community sites that track the implementation of upscaling technologies, and these sites indicate that there are a number of games that currently only support DLSS.

Nvidia does not and will not in any way block, restrict, prevent or prevent developers from implementing competitor technologies. To be fair, there are quite a few games that have DLSS support but no FSR support. In particular, the source notes that since March of this year, DLSS has appeared in 40 games, and FSR only in 17.
