It will be released in 2025
Evgeniy Shmelev, First Executive Vice President for Strategy and Technical Development at AvtoVAZ, spoke about the company’s new models, in particular mentioning the Vesta-based crossover.
He stated that AvtoVAZ is focused on the development and production of cars on the Lada Vesta platform, since it is controlled, that is, it has a high percentage of localization.
He clarified that developing a car on the Vesta platform does not mean that it will be the same car.
Lada B-Cross does not resemble Vesta at all. Details have emerged about the new AvtoVAZ crossover
He added that the design concept of the Lada B-Cross was recently approved by AvtoVAZ President Maxim Sokolov.
The release of the crossover is expected approximately in 2025.
This does not mean that it will be Vesta. This is the car we just looked at – the B-Cross – it doesn’t resemble Vesta at all.
