Pre-orders will begin on November 17th
The Li Auto Mega electric minivan is gearing up to begin taking pre-orders at the Guangzhou Auto Show on November 17th. This week, Li Auto will receive a license that will allow it to begin sales in China.
This is a huge 7-seater SUV with 544 hp. and a power reserve of 700 km. It will be produced at the brand’s plant in Beijing. New photos of this unique minivan and price were also published.
The electric car will have a battery with a capacity of 102.7 kWh, a range of 700 km and two electric motors with a total power of 544 hp. It will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds.
Li Auto Mega uses a new design language with an aerodynamic body shape. Dimensions are 5350 x 1965 x 1850 mm with a wheelbase of 3300 mm. For comparison, it is 132 mm longer, 33 mm narrower and 50 mm taller than the Li Auto L9 SUV. The minivan received a drag coefficient of 0.215 Cd. This is less than the Porsche Taycan’s drag coefficient of 0.220 Cd.
The motor on the front axle produces 211 hp, while the rear electric motor has a peak output of 333 hp. Thanks to 5C charging technology, the charging power of this minivan is more than 520 kW. It can replenish its range by 500 km in 12 minutes.

The front axle of the Li Auto Mega will receive a double wishbone suspension, and the rear axle will receive an independent multi-link suspension. Mega will get adaptive air suspension with continuous damping control.
The Li Auto Mega interior has a 17-inch screen for rear passengers. Its center console received a double screen for the driver and front passenger. Another feature of Li Auto Mega is a 21-speaker sound system with a power of 2160 W.
The price will be around $68,670. Its deliveries are scheduled for February next year.
