New patch for Monster Hunter Rise solves the problem of corruption of saves and not only

Publisher and developer Capcom on the Monster Hunter series’s official website announced the release of version 1.1.2 of the action RPG Monster Hunter Rise and shared the details of the update.

In contrast to the content patch planned for the end of April, the already released patch is entirely devoted to fixing errors and bugs in Monster Hunter Rise.

In particular, in build 1.1.2, the reasons were eliminated, due to which Monster Hunter Rise could stop responding to button presses or make the menu unavailable for navigation.

Besides, a bug was fixed that led to the corruption of saves if the user tried to continue the passage from the title screen after exiting the game with sets of poses pinned to the action bar or the radial menu.

Capcom also warned that the released update is now required to access extensions and online mode (in addition to an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription).

Otherwise, the user will be limited to local multiplayer, provided that all participants in the session have the same version of Monster Hunter Rise installed.

Monster Hunter Rise was released on March 26 on Nintendo Switch and will hit PC in early 2022. In a week since its release, the game has sold over 5 million copies worldwide.
