New Screenshots of Diablo II: Resurrected: Battles, Barbarian Skill Tree and VFX
Tomorrow, April 9, will start closed alpha testing Diablo II: Resurrected – remaster, announced at BlizzConline 2021. However, even before it began portal, Pure Diablo released new screenshots. These images show the game’s assembly that the participants of the next testing will be able to try out. The pictures show the battles, updated visual effects, the use of skills, and so on.
An impressive part of the new screenshots was devoted to battles. On them, you can see how a barbarian, an Amazon, and a sorceress fight off crowds of various monsters. The images also show the use of individual abilities. For example, a sorceress launches chain lightning and electrical waves. The images also showed visits to peaceful locations and conversations with NPCs. And in some pictures, you can see the inventory, the barbarian’s ability tree, and the reworked model of the demon Duriel, the boss in Diablo II, at the end of the second act.
Diablo II: Resurrected will be released on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Series S, and Nintendo Switch in 2021; the exact date has not yet been disclosed.
