The team of the popular private ad service Avito announced the launch of a new feature. In the messenger, the option of quick replies has become available – the ability to save any text message as a template.
Such an answer does not have to be typed again and can be sent in a couple of seconds. The innovation is available in the application on iOS and Android platforms, as well as in the Avito web version, including mobile. Previously, you could create response templates only in specialized applications for communication and social networks.
No more constant identical questions: quick answers appeared in Avito
The developers tested quick responses for two months, during which time 130,000 sellers used the option. Now the official launch has taken place. Most often, users created templates in the categories “Vacancies”, “Personal items”, “Spare parts”, “Services”.
The head of communication products at Avito, Evgeny Troitsky, said:
The bar for online commerce is constantly rising. Buyers are accustomed to quick response to requests, the waiting time for answers to basic questions has been significantly reduced – up to 10-15 minutes. We have created a functionality for private sellers and entrepreneurs that helps to make transactions quickly and efficiently. Quick answers will be especially convenient for companies that receive the same type of questions about prices, ingredients and materials used, dimensional grid, product composition, work schedule.
