Claiming to have an exclusive leak of information about the upcoming Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card, the source posted the first photos of its version developed by Asus. Judging by these images, the 12GB variant will be called the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ultra. In terms of characteristics, this model surpasses the Ti and Super variants, differing in more efficient memory and cooling subsystems. In this case, the graphics processor will be the same.

Asus plans to offer the GeForce RTX 3060 Ultra in several of its own variants, including the ROG Strix. The images show the TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 Ultra variant (ASUS TUF-RTX3060U-O12G-Gaming).

The card is 2.7 slots wide. The massive cooling system is endowed with three fans that turn on only when a certain temperature threshold is exceeded. They blow on an aluminum radiator, through the plates of which copper heat pipes pass. The printed circuit board is different from the reference sample. The auxiliary power connectors are not visible. The list of video outputs includes one HDMI and three DisplayPort.

According to the source, the Ultra variant will cost $ 449. Its announcement is expected on January 12th.
