Xiaomi will release the first smartphones based on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 – Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro will debut tomorrow, but more affordable flagships of the company based on the same single-chip system will be released later. This has already been officially announced.
Official: Redmi K70 will receive SoC Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
We are talking about models of the Redmi K70 line. It is not yet clear which models (it is predicted that there will be three within the series) will receive Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, but most likely it will not go to the base Redmi K70. This means it will be either Redmi K70 Pro or Redmi K70 Ultra (or both of them).
Earlier, the Chinese regulator 3C revealed the maximum charging power for smartphones of the Redmi K70 line: for the base model, the power will be 90 W, for the other two – 120 W.
