Old school action thriller Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge will also be released on Nintendo Switch
Dotemu and developer Tribute Games have announced the expansion of the target platforms for their old-school action movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge as part of the April Indie World Showcase.
Recall, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge was presented in March this year as a PC and unnamed consoles project. At least one of the set-top boxes was revealed by the developers at the presentation.
As it became known, in addition to PC (Steam), the old-school action movie Dotemu and Tribute Games will also appear on the Nintendo Switch. The date and even the timing of the release of the project have not yet been specified.
Released in connection with the announcement, the gameplay trailer for TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge was presented at the Indie World Showcase by Tribute Games co-founder Jean-Francois Major and Cyrille Imbert, head of Dotemu.
According to Major, the team is thrilled to release Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge on Nintendo Switch, as Nintendo‘s hybrid console “perfect” for the game.
It was previously reported that the visual style of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: the 1987 animated series directly inspired shredder’s Revenge, and the gameplay was inspired by classics such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time.,”
