Old school role-playing game Cris Tales got the exact release date – July 20

Modus Games, along with development studios Dreams Incorporated and SYCK, have announced the release date of their old-school RPG Cris Tales as part of the April Indie World Showcase.

Recall that the release of Cris Tales was scheduled for November 17, 2020. Shortly before the premiere, it was announced that the project was postponed, first simply to 2021 and then to July 2021.

As it became known, Cris Tales will go on sale on July 20 this year for PC (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch, and Google Stadia.

Timed to coincide with the Cris Tales release date, the trailer showcased “breathtaking hand-drawn locations” as well as a “dynamic and dizzying” combat system.

Players in Cris Tales will get the role of the sorceress Chrisbell, who, together with her comrades, must prevent the powerful Empress of Time from carrying out her cunning plans.
