ivo Y1s is equipped with a 6.22-inch Halo FullView display with a resolution of 1520 × 720 pixels, occupying 88.6% of the front panel. Blue light filtering is provided to reduce eye strain. At the top of the screen, a teardrop notch houses a selfie camera with a single 5MP sensor. The resolution of the only main camera with flash is 13 megapixels.

The smartphone is based on Helio P35 (MT6765) octa-core processor with the IMG PowerVR GE8320 graphics system. The specs of the device also include 2GB of RAM, a 32GB flash drive, a slot for microSD memory cards up to 256GB, Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz), and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless adapters, and a Micro-USB port. The battery capacity is 4030 mAh. The smartphone will be available in two colors: Wave Blue and Olive Black.
