Philips 279C9 with DisplayHDR 400 certification is bezel-less on all sides

By the end of August, the Russian market will start selling the 27-inch Philips 279C9 monitor on the IPS matrix, aimed at professional users, in particular, financiers, designers, and engineers working with CAD programs.

The novelty features a 4-sided bezel-less design for larger images and easier-to-use multi-monitor configurations. LowBlue and Flicker-Free systems reduce eye strain during extended use.

The panel corresponds to the 4K format – 3840 × 2160 pixels. It is about VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification; the brightness reaches 400 cd / m 2. The device has a contrast ratio of 1300: 1, a response time of 5 ms, and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. Horizontal and vertical viewing angles – up to 178 degrees. It claims 90.7 percent coverage of NTSC color space and 109 percent coverage of sRGB space.

The monitor is equipped with a USB Type-C port, which allows you to transfer data and recharge your laptop (up to 65W). The panel is also equipped with a DisplayPort connector, two HDMI ports, and four USB 3.2 connectors – this allows you to connect all the devices necessary for operation.

The SmartErgoBase stand is used – a unique system of tilt, swivel, and height adjustment, which provides maximum flexibility and good ergonomics, allowing you to fine-tune the position of the monitor.

AMD FreeSync technology is implemented to ensure smooth image output without interference at virtually any frame rate and fast response.

The Philips 279C9 model can be purchased for 45 928 rubles.
