Prices will be announced in July
A brand new crossover Honda has debuted in India – a model called the Elevate. The compact novelty will act as an analogue of the well-known Hyundai Creta and Suzuki Grand Vitara not only in India itself, but throughout the world.
The designers tried to make the Elevate look as grown-up as possible, like a real SUV. And in general, they succeeded: in front there is an almost vertical front part and a large radiator grille. The ground clearance is decent – 220 mm, but there is no all-wheel drive (the rear suspension is semi-independent), and the 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine produces only 121 hp. The internal combustion engine is combined with either a manual transmission or a CVT.

Elevate dimensions – 4312 x 1790 x 1650 mm with a wheelbase of 2650 mm. The equipment includes a pair of screens (7-inch in front of the driver and 10.25-inch on the front panel), a set of driver assistance systems, a rear-view camera, cruise and climate control, and wireless charging for a smartphone. The interior in the top versions will be two-tone.
Honda Elevate will go on sale in July, prices will be announced at the same time. Later (apparently, next year) a hybrid version will be released, followed by a purely electric one.
