A shelf of smartphones with 24 GB of RAM has arrived
Today, Realme officially launched the Realme GT5 smartphone in China. This is a flagship, but very inexpensive: in the top version – with 24 GB of RAM, 1 TB of flash memory and a 4600 mAh battery with support for 240 W charging – they ask for only $ 520 for it.
The other two versions of the Realme GT5 use a 5240mAh battery and support 150W charging. Prices are as follows: 12/256 GB – $410, 16/512 GB – $450. This is where the differences between Realme GT5 versions end.
Realme GT5 is built on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 single-chip platform, which is cooled by a 20,827 mm 2 Ice Core system .

The Tianma T7 + OLED screen is characterized by a diagonal of 6.74 inches, a resolution of 2772 × 1240 pixels, a frame rate of 144 Hz. The PWM adjustment frequency is 2160 MHz, the peak brightness is 1400 cd/ m2 .
The front camera of this model is characterized by a resolution of 16 megapixels, the main sensors used are Sony IMX890 (50 megapixels, with OIS), Sony IMX355 (8 megapixels, with ultra wide-angle lens) and GalaxyCore GC02M1 (2 megapixels, for macro photography). Next to the camera unit is a proprietary Halo backlight system (LED strips can flash to the beat of the music, or can be used for visual alerts: for example, about an incoming call).
Realme GT5 is 8.9mm thick and weighs 205 grams. The smartphone received a powerful vibration motor, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3 adapters, an NFC chip, an IR emitter. The operating system is Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0 interface.
