Presented smartphone Vivo S9 in the style of the latest iPhones for $ 460
Vivo today officially unveiled the advanced S9 smartphone under the OriginOS 1.0 operating system based on Android 11. Also, a less powerful version of the device with the designation S9e has been announced. The appearance of the new items resembles the latest generation of Apple smartphones – the iPhone 12.
The “heart” of the Vivo S9 is the MediaTek Dimensity 1100 processor, containing eight cores with a frequency of up to 2.6 GHz, the Mali-G77 MC9 graphics accelerator, and a 5G modem. The amount of RAM is 8 or 12 GB, the capacity of the flash module is 128 and 256 GB, respectively.
The 6.44-inch Full HD + AMOLED screen has a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 90 Hz, and a 98 percent coverage of the NTSC color space. The brightness reaches 1300 cd / m 2.
At the front, there is a dual selfie camera with a 44MP main sensor (f / 2.2) and an additional 8MP sensor. The triple rear camera incorporates a 64-megapixel unit (f / 1.7) with optical stabilization, an 8-megapixel module with wide-angle optics (119 °) 2-megapixel macro module.
There is a screen fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.1 adapters, an NFC controller, a USB Type-C port. Dimensions are 158.39 × 73.87 × 7.35 mm, weight – 173 g. The battery has a capacity of 4000 mAh and supports 33-watt charging.
The Vivo S9 starts at $ 460. And for $ 370, you can buy a version of the Vivo S9e, which is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 820 chip, a 32MP front camera, and a 4100mAh battery.
