Density 6100+ instead of Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 in Redmi 12C 5G
Xiaomi is preparing an inexpensive smartphone with 5G support. We are talking about Redmi 13C 5G, which should not be confused with the regular Redmi 13C (4G).
Redmi 13C 5G will receive a less productive and less energy-efficient platform
If the latter receives the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, the former will be based on the Dimensity 6100+. This is a platform that scores around 420,000 points in AnTuTu 10. Interestingly, the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, which powers the current Redmi 12C 5G, scores around 10,000 points higher on average. Moreover, the latter is produced at 4 nm standards and the former at 6 nm. That is, Xiaomi will endow the new model with a less productive and less energy-efficient SoC.
