Together with the flagship Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 foldable smartphone and the Xiaomi Band 8 Pro fitness bracelet, the flagship of the Redmi brand, the Redmi K60 Ultra (aka Redmi K60 Extreme Edition), also debuted today.
The device received a powerful SoC MediaTek Dimensity 9200 Plus – it is faster than Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. That is, Redmi K60 Ultra is even faster than Xiaomi 13. Redmi K60 Ultra scores 1.77 million points in AnTuTu. To cool the SoC, a 5000 mm2 evaporation chamber is provided .
It is natural that Redmi K60 Ultra is presented as a gaming model.
Redmi K60 Ultra received a high-quality TCL C7 display with a resolution of 1.5K, a frame rate of 144 Hz and a PWM frequency of 2880 Hz. The latter is higher than most flagships – the screen can be called flicker-free.

The main camera has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 sensor, it is complemented by a combined stabilization system – optical and electronic. The camera allows you to record 8K video “to the end, without frame loss” (that is, without a time limit).
Redmi K60 Ultra is the brand’s first smartphone with full protection against dust and water – in accordance with the degree of IP68. It is also the first Xiaomi smartphone with 24 GB of RAM. The top version also has 1 TB of flash memory.
The battery capacity was 5000 mAh, it supports 120 W charging. Charging is mediated by two proprietary chips: Surge P1 (provides fast charging) and Surge G1 (manages charge and is responsible for high battery life).
From other equipment of the smartphone: an NFC chip, a powerful vibration motor, stereo speakers, an IR emitter. Xiaomi also announced that this model will be one of the first to receive MIUI 15. The most affordable Redmi K60 Ultra with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory is priced at $ 360. The cost of the top version with 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of flash memory is $495.
