We are talking about eight and four cores, respectively.
AMD is preparing several new processors at once in different price categories. The Ryzen 5 5600X3D has already been officially confirmed, but now it has become known that the Ryzen 7 5700 and Ryzen 3 5100 are on the way.
Ryzen 7 5700 and Ryzen 3 5100 spotted online
The first one has already appeared on the Gigabyte website , and now the second one has also appeared there. The Ryzen 7 5700, despite its name, is related to the Ryzen 7 5700G/GE and not the Ryzen 7 5700X. That is, this is a model of the Cezanne line, which relies on a mobile monolithic crystal. Only the Ryzen 7 5700 has iGPU disabled. It will be AMD’s most affordable octa-core CPU.
Ryzen 3 5100 will also belong to the Cezanne line, that is, it is a monolithic mobile crystal. But this CPU will have four cores with SMT support and frequencies of 3.8-4.2 GHz. iGPU will also be disabled. That is, it is an analogue of the Ryzen 3 5300G, only without a graphics core. Thus, this will be the cheapest quad-core Ryzen 5000.
Recall that the Ryzen 5 7500F with the disabled iGPU is also on the way .
