There is a discount for pre-ordering
On October 17, SAIC Maxus announced the start of pre-sales of its G70 minivan in China. A price range has not yet been announced, but the brand is offering a $300 discount and priority shipping for customers who place a pre-order.
SAIC Maxus G70 has dimensions of 4900 × 1885 × 1756 mm and a wheelbase of 2960 mm. The car received a two-liter engine with 233 hp. and a 9-speed automatic transmission. The maximum speed is 185 km/h and fuel consumption is 8.5 l/100 km.

The car is equipped with 17- or 18-inch five-spoke wheels. The roof has a slight curvature and is equipped with luggage racks and a hatch. The door handles have a retractable design. There are also power sliding side doors.
The cabin is offered in 6- and 7-seat configurations: 2 + 1 + 3 and 2 + 2 + 3. It is worth noting that the second row of the 6-seat version has only one seat, and the co-pilot’s seat can be rotated 180° and moved greatly back. In addition, the seats are covered in nappa leather.
The dashboard features a triple screen consisting of an instrument panel, a central control screen with an integrated Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, and a front passenger entertainment screen.
