In China, the SAIC Maxus Territory SUV is presented in a conventional gasoline engine. The car turned out to be large and with good off-road potential (judging by the decent ground clearance and the presence of all-wheel drive), but the prices range from 28.2 to 36.1 thousand dollars.
The dimensions of SAIC Maxus Territory are 5046 x 2016 x 1876 mm, the wheelbase is 2950 mm. That is, it is slightly larger than the popular Toyota Land Cruiser in Russia. In the base, the SUV relies on 18-inch wheels, in the top version – 20-inch ones. The off-road orientation of the car is indicated by unpainted wheel arch extensions.

SAIC Maxus Territory can be either 6-seater or 7-seater, but the interior is leather in any case. Interestingly, the top version is a 7-seater, although usually the opposite is true. Also in the top version, the front seats have heating, ventilation and a massage function.
Like other modern Chinese cars, SAIC Maxus Territory received two screens with a diagonal of 12.3 inches – one works as part of a digital instrument panel, the other as part of a media system. There are also a number of driver assistance systems (2 levels of autonomy), which include emergency braking, blind spot monitoring and adaptive cruise control. Also in the equipment there is a wireless charging for a smartphone, an off-road driving mode switch (this is in addition to the transmission mode switch).
Under the hood, a 2.0-liter turbo engine with 261 hp is installed, working in conjunction with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The maximum speed is 190 km / h, the declared honest consumption is 10.9 liters per 100 km.
