Samsung has released the entry-level Galaxy A01 Core smartphone without any loud announcements, designed for users with a tight budget.

The device received a display of small size by modern standards – 5.3 inches diagonally. Applied HD + panel with a resolution of 1480 × 720 pixels. The front camera based on a 5-megapixel sensor is located above the screen.

At the rear, there is a single 8-megapixel camera with a maximum aperture of f / 2.2. There is no fingerprint scanner for user identification by fingerprints.

The budget processor MediaTek MT6739 is used. The chip contains four 64-bit ARM Cortex-A53 computing cores clocked at up to 1.5 GHz. Responsible for graphics processing is the IMG PowerVR GE8100 accelerator with a frequency of 570 MHz. There is an LTE modem.

In the arsenal of the smartphone – 1 GB of RAM and a flash module with a capacity of 16 GB, expandable with a microSD card. There are Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless adapters, a GPS / GLONASS receiver, a Micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
