NFC Forum certification data indicates the preparation of versions SM-G781V and SM-G780F. The first will receive support for fifth-generation (5G) cellular communications, the second will not.

According to available information, the smartphone will carry a Snapdragon 865 processor, at least 6 GB of RAM, a flash module of 128 GB or more, and a 4500 mAh battery.

The rear camera will include two 12-megapixel sensors, an 8-megapixel sensor, and a flash. The front camera will be able to form 32-megapixel images.

The Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will debut in October. The device will be equipped with the Android 10 operating system with a proprietary add-on One UI 2.5.
