In the ranking of the main DxOMark cameras, the flagship Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is far from the first positions: six models performed better than it in the tests, including Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, Huawei P40 Pro and even Oppo Find X2 Pro. But in the front camera test, the device was rehabilitated to some extent: it went up to the third line of the corresponding rating, sharing the same number of points with Huawei nova 6 5G and losing only to Huawei P40 Pro.

Specialists appreciated the 40-megapixel optical format sensor 1 / 2.65 inches with a Quad Bayer filter, as well as a system that provides double focal length – 25 mm and 32 mm (in the second case – using the crop to 6.5 MP).
When shooting a selfie, experts note a good exposure, wide dynamic range, low noise level, and reliable autofocus, but there are also disadvantages. For example, when shooting a photo – a little inaccurate color reproduction of skin tones, and when shooting a video – the instability of autofocus and visible noise when shooting outdoors and indoors.
