The support page for the Wi-Fi version of the tablet (SM-T220) is available on the Samsung Africa website. Support pages for LTE (SM-T225) and Wi-Fi (SM-T220) tablet versions can be found on Samsung websites in India and Romania. Previously, the tablet has been spotted on Samsung’s official websites for markets such as Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Russia, and so on.

The tech support pages do not say anything about the specifications of the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. However, a tablet with full specifications was previously spotted in the database of the Chinese certification site TENAA.

The new Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has a large 5000mAh battery and runs Android 11 right out of the box. Most likely, the One UI 3.1 shell will be installed on top of the operating system. The tablet has dimensions of 212.5 x 124.7 x 8 mm. The resolution of the 8.7-inch screen was not reported. Samsung has equipped the device with 15-watt charging support.

The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has a single camera and a single camera on the front. According to previously leaked information from GeekBench, the new tablet is based on the MediaTek Helio P22T single-chip system. It scored 840 points in single-core and 3838 points in multi-core tests. The tablet has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of flash storage. Users will be able to install microSD cards.

Rumor has it that the tablet could go official in June.
