Samsung introduced 12 high-resolution monitors at once
Samsung Electronics today, March 22, announced a family of high-definition monitors of the 2021 model range: devices in QHD, UHD, and UWQHD formats are presented.
A total of twelve panels were debuted, divided into three series – S8, S7, and S6. All monitors are HDR10 capable and capable of reproducing over 1 billion colors. Most new products claim 99% coverage of the sRGB color space.
Panels range in size from 24 to 34 inches diagonally. Simultaneously, all monitors received a design with narrow bezels on three sides, which makes them well suited for use in multi-display configurations.
It is worth highlighting the S65UA model with a diagonal of 34 inches, which has a concave shape with a radius of curvature of 1000R. The screen has a UWQHD resolution (3440 × 1440 pixels) and an aspect ratio of 21: 9.
Some monitors are equipped with a USB Type-C port to transfer up to 90 watts of energy: a laptop can be connected to this connector using a single cable.
Almost all panels are equipped with a USB 3.0 hub, and some devices also have an Ethernet port. The complete list of characteristics of new products is as follows:
