Samsung will release the Galaxy Quantum2 smartphone with quantum cryptography
Last May, Samsung announced the Galaxy A Quantum smartphone, which features a Quantum Random Number Generator (QRNG) to provide an unprecedented data protection level. Internet sources have published quite detailed information about the second generation device with quantum cryptography – Galaxy Quantum2.
It is reported that the device will be based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, which contains eight Kryo 485 cores with a clock speed of 2.96 GHz and an Adreno 640 graphics accelerator with a frequency of 672 MHz. The amount of RAM will be 8 GB, the capacity of the flash drive is 128 GB.
The novelty images have already been published: they show an Infinity-O display with perforation in the center in the upper area and a triple camera.
It is known that a Super AMOLED screen with a diagonal of 6.7 inches and a Full HD + resolution will be used. The rear camera will include a 64-megapixel main unit with optical stabilization.
Other expected equipment is as follows: an on-screen fingerprint scanner, Dolby Atmos audio system, a microSD card slot, and a 4500 mAh rechargeable battery with support for 25-watt charging. IP67 protection against moisture and dust is mentioned.
Orders for the Galaxy Quantum2 will begin on April 13th, with actual sales on the 23rd of this month.
