Sony Xperia 5 II smartphone will receive 120Hz screen, Snapdragon 865 chip and 5G support
Resource Android Headlines published new renders and detailed specifications of the flagship smartphone Xperia 5 II, which Sony will announce on September 17.
It is reported that the new product will receive a high-quality Full HD + HDR OLED display with an aspect ratio of 21: 9 and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The response speed of the sensor layer will be 240 Hz.
The “heart” of the device will serve as a Snapdragon 865 processor clocked at up to 2.84 GHz, working in tandem with 8 GB of RAM. An additional 5G modem will provide support for fifth-generation mobile networks.
The main triple camera will combine a 12-megapixel module with a maximum aperture of f / 1.7, a 12-megapixel telephoto unit with a maximum aperture of f / 2.4 and 3x optical zoom, as well as a 12-megapixel module with ultra-wide-angle (124 degrees) optics.
The storage capacity of the flash drive will be at least 128 GB. Power will be provided by a 4000 mAh rechargeable battery rechargeable via a symmetrical USB Type-C port. The standard 3.5mm headphone jack is mentioned. The dimensions of the device are 158 × 68 × 8 mm.
