This is the only such CPU in the mobile segment
A month ago, AMD introduced the world’s first mobile processor with an additional cache chip. The Ryzen 9 7945HX3D is technically the same as the Ryzen 9 7950X3D, only runs at lower frequencies and has a lower TDP (75W vs 120W).
Accordingly, the result of such a CPU in benchmarks is lower than that of a desktop counterpart, but still very high. In Cinebench R23, the new product scores over 31,600 points, which is noticeably higher than the desktop Ryzen 9 7900. But the desktop Ryzen 9 7950X3D already has 34,600 points.

At the same time, in games where just the additional cache memory works best, the Ryzen 9 7945HX3D is the most productive mobile CPU.
Of course, the results of mobile processors and video cards are sometimes highly dependent on the cooling system of a particular laptop, but Ryzen 9 7945HX3D is used in only one model so far – Asus ROG Scar 17 X3D.
Thus, if you want to get the highest possible performance in games from a laptop, then the Asus ROG Scar 17 X3D, apparently, is in the lead among everything else on the market.
