The analogue of Toyota Highlander from Huawei with a power reserve of 1300 km breaks records
Early buyers were offered $4,500 in incentives, followed by a free suite of Huawei ADAS driver assistance systems, free one-year insurance, free charging for a full year, and other perks.
The Aito M7 is in the same niche as the Toyota Highlander. This is a large crossover with dimensions of 5020 x 1945 x 1760 mm and a wheelbase of 2820 mm (the length and wheelbase of the Highlander are 5014 and 2850 mm).
Power is provided by a hybrid system based on a 1.5 liter engine and an electric motor manufactured by Huawei. The all-wheel drive version with a single electric motor on the rear axle produces 200 kW and 360 Nm, while the two motors in the all-wheel drive version produce 330 kW and 660 Nm. The range reaches 240 km on electricity and 1300 km with a full tank of gasoline.
