New flagship smartphones will hit the shelves in September
The AnTuTu benchmark team has published the latest ratings of the best Android smartphones in terms of price and performance in different price categories – as of the end of August 2023.
As noted, three promising newcomers with “very high economic efficiency” got into the AnTuTu rating at once. We are talking about Redmi K60 Extreme, OnePlus Ace 2 Pro and Realme GT5, which debuted on store shelves in August. All three new items belong to the sub-flagship category, without interfering either in the war of the cheapest models or in the battle of flagships. AnTuTu experts noted:
The real flagship phone war will begin this month. Two new phones have been launched, Huawei Mate 60 and Mate 60 Pro, and the iPhone 15 series and Honor folding screen products will debut on September 12.
In the cheapest category, priced up to 1999 yuan (up to $274), the Redmi Note 12 Turbo continues to occupy the first place, while the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition dropped to third place, losing to the Redmi Note 11T Pro.
In the category from 2000 to 2999 yuan (from 275 to 412 dollars), the top three were Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Extreme Edition and OnePlus Ace 2 Pro, while Realme GT5 was in fourth place.
