The price of the car in China was twice as high as in Japan
The newest Lexus LS went on sale in China, and it happened very quietly: the car was simply listed in the catalog on the official website. The cost of the basic version is 123.7 thousand dollars – the Chinese Lexus LS turned out to be almost twice as expensive as the Japanese one .
The sedan’s basic equipment includes a panoramic roof with a sunroof and laminated sound-insulating glass, atmospheric lighting, heated and ventilated seats both front and rear, electrically adjustable rear seats, an active noise reduction system, and the Lexus Connect system.
The flagship Lexus LS 2024 goes on sale in China.
There is only one power plant: it includes a 3.5-liter engine with 299 hp. and an electric motor with a power of 178 hp, the total system power is 359 hp.
The updated Lexus LS for the first time in its history received a digital dashboard: it is “drawn” on a 12.3-inch diagonal screen. The media system includes a screen of the same diagonal. Lexus engineers also retuned the suspension and added smart driver assistance systems to the flagship.
