The Nubia brand introduced its latest gaming flagship to the international market – RedMagic 8S Pro, which debuted in China at the very beginning of July.
Three versions of RedMagic 8S Pro will be available on the international market – opaque Midnight and Platinum, as well as Aurora with a transparent back panel. All three versions received a visible RGB fan. However, the versions differ not only in color, but also in the amount of memory – Midnight has 12/256 GB, Platinum has 16/512 GB, Aurora has 12/256 GB and 16/512 GB.
Outside of China, there is no variant with 24 GB of RAM. But thanks to her, RedMagic 8S Pro was positioned as the world’s first smartphone with 24 GB of RAM.
Another important nuance is that the global version of the Red Magic 8S Pro received a reduced supported charging power – up to 65W, compared to 80W on the Chinese model. The battery capacity remains the same – 6000 mAh. This means that a full charge takes 40 minutes instead of 35 for the Chinese model.

RedMagic 8S Pro will be available worldwide. Pre-orders will begin on July 27, and open sales on August 3. The smartphone is available in different countries at the following prices:
- Midnight version: $650 in the US (58,956 rubles), €650 in Europe (66,413 rubles), £580 in the UK (68,843 rubles), SGD 910 in Singapore (62,466 rubles), 14,100 Mexican dollars in Mexico (76,402 rubles);
- Platinum version: $780 in the US (70,747 rubles), €780 in Europe (79,483 rubles), £690 in the UK (81,907 rubles), SGD 1,090 in Singapore (74,766 rubles), MX$17,200 in Mexico (93,181 rubles);
- Aurora version: $780 in the US (70,747 rubles), €800 in Europe (81,521 rubles), £710 in the UK (84,281 rubles), SGD 1,120 in Singapore (76,860 rubles), MX$17,700 in Mexico (95,890 rubles);
RedMagic 8S Pro boasts a “hidden” 16-megapixel front camera, which is usually not visible on a 6.8-inch OLED screen, a built-in fan standard for the series, a 6000 mAh battery, a triple main camera (50 MP, 8 and 2 MP), Android 13 operating system with Redmagic OS 8.0 shell and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC.
