Disassembly showed that copper oxides had formed on the CO radiator. The chamber clearly leaked, which caused chemical reactions that led to quite noticeable consequences.

Similar defects were quickly found on the Nvidia RTX A6000 professional card. At the same time, on the one hand, so far we are talking about these two instances, on the other, the identity of the cases suggests that the problem may be much more widespread.
At the very least, this is another reason to better check video cards when purchasing them in person.
