On July 15, Xiaomi will introduce not only the Mi Smart Band 5 – the so-called Mi Band 5 outside of China – but also a number of other devices, including the Mi TV Stick. As we today already said, the latter will cost 45 dollars in Europe.
And, by the way, Mi Smart Band 5 will cost the same, which, of course, is not very good, because in the home market the basic version of Mi Band 5 costs only $ 27, that is, about 23 euros, that is, almost half as much.
In addition, today we learned that Mi Smart Band 5 is a copy of the basic version of Mi Band 5, that is, devoid of NFC. Moreover, Mi Smart Band 5 will also not have support for Alexa and a pulse oximeter. Presumably, all this will appear in the Mi Smart Band 5 Pro, but it will be even more expensive, and indeed its existence has not yet been officially confirmed. However, it can also be presented on July 15.
From the logo of the event, it is also clear that we should be shown a global version of some new Xiaomi electric scooter and a certain smartphone. This is probably about Redmi 9A.
