The City Collection encompasses existing Marriott Vacation Club® properties, formerly known as Marriott Vacation Club Pulse, in seven dynamic cities. The vision extends beyond these initial locations, with plans to incorporate other vacation club properties in sought-after urban areas.
The collection continues to grow, with the anticipated opening of a seven-story vacation ownership resort in Waikiki later in 2024. Situated on Honolulu’s south shore, the property boasts a prime location on Kalakaua Avenue, a renowned retail hub. Featuring a mix of one-bedroom and studio units, the resort promises rooftop amenities like a pool, fitness center, and bar. Additionally, a dedicated sales gallery provides an opportunity for Owners, Members, and guests to explore the benefits of vacation ownership. Reservations for future rental stays are now available on Marriott.com, while Abound by Marriott Vacations™ Owners can utilize Club Points for stays starting October 4, 2024.

Marriott Vacation Clubs further amplifies its urban offerings with the inclusion of the first two Westin Vacation Club properties in the City Collection portfolio. Construction on a proposed 50-unit resort in Charleston, South Carolina, is slated to begin in 2025. This charming property, overlooking the heart of the city, will boast a sales gallery and offer convenient access to the historic Charleston City Market. Another exciting addition is expected to break ground in 2026 – a new property nestled in the heart of Savannah, Georgia’s popular downtown district.
