Up to 22 hours on Apple TV
The note announcing the new MacBook Pro briefly mentioned 22 hours of battery life. Now we have more detailed data on the different models, which Apple says offer “the longest battery life in a Mac.”
The 14-inch MacBook Pro with M3 now lasts up to 22 hours when watching movies using the Apple TV app, or up to 15 hours when browsing the web. This model has a lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 70 Wh.

14-inch MacBook Pro models with M3 Pro and M3 Max chips last up to 18 hours when watching movies on Apple TV or up to 12 hours when browsing the web. The 14-inch M3 Pro and M3 Max models are equipped with a slightly larger 72.4 Wh lithium-polymer battery.
Apple’s 16-inch MacBook Pro models with M3 Pro or M3 Max chips can last up to 22 hours when using the Apple TV app to watch movies, or up to 15 hours when browsing the web. The 16-inch M3 Pro and M3 Max models are equipped with a 100 Wh lithium-polymer battery.
14-inch MacBook Pro models can charge quickly with a 96W USB-C power adapter (the M3 Pro and Max come with one, and the M3 comes with a 70W adapter), and 16-inch MacBook Pro models can charge quickly . with included 140W USB-C power adapter.
