Heat pipes are used to transfer heat to a block of 52 aluminum plates spaced at 1.6 mm intervals. The radiator is equipped with a Thermalright TL-C12 PRO-G fan. This 120mm FDB fan rotates at up to 1,850 rpm. Its productivity reaches 139.4 m 3 / h, and the noise level does not exceed 29.6 dBA.

The dimensions of the TA 120 EX, including the fan, are 124 x 70 x 154 mm, and the weight is 680 g. The list of supported processor sockets includes AM4, LGA1200, LGA115x, and LGA2066. The manufacturer does not name the price.
