Sony has unveiled its best TWS (True Wireless Stereo) headphones – WF-1000XM5. The flagship model has become better immediately in many respects and at the same time has not risen in price.
The novelty basically has a dynamic driver Dynamic Driver X, which is characterized by a diameter of 8.4 mm versus 6 mm in the previous generation model. At the same time, the size of the headphones has decreased, which is clearly good, since, although the previous generation also significantly decreased relative to the year before last, it was still quite large compared to competitors. More specifically, the new model is 25% smaller and 20% lighter.

Headphones support Hi-Res Audio, 360 Reality Audio, LDAC, DSEE Extreme, SBC, AAC, LC3. Also worth noting is Bluetooth 5.3 support and IPx4 moisture protection. Autonomy is declared equal to 8 hours for headphones and 24 hours, taking into account the case.
